If you are familiar with this Dremel soldering iron then you may be expecting the usual metal tin container. This version only has a cardboard box with a moulded plastic insert to hold the parts. This gives the opertunity to find a smaller box yourself, to hold the plastic insert, giving a more compact storage system, making the kit a bit more portable. All the parts included are the same in both kits.

Could not get spark to ignite butane. Looked at YouTube and found no solutions. Since this item is not returnable, I’m disappointed. Any suggestions is appreciated.

This is a brilliant bit of kit. The use cases for this are never ending, from shrink wrapping electrical cable, to soldering, to melting plastic, to cutting just about anything, this thing really does it all. It's easy to ignite and adjust the flow level. The different attachments are very easily interchangeable as well, just make sure it's cool before you swap it over! If you want a 50 in 1 tool this is the one, most things that require heat you can do with this compact little thing.
