I've been struggling for a few years to heal the cracks on my heels and I had tried so many different products and remedies and nothing truly worked to HEAL! I went to a podiatrist who prescribed Urea 40% cream. I didn't want to wait for the pharmacy and insurance so I came to Amazon and read lots of reviews and ultimately landed on this product and boy I'm so glad I did! I used this nightly for the first week, then every other night for about a week and now I use it maybe twice a week for maintaining the softness andnuse regularlotion in between as well as my normal scrubbing of my heels after a bath or shower etc. The urea cream can be irritating to skin that isn't thick if used for prolonged periods of time so try to focus on just the thick calluses on your feet/elbows/knees etc to avoid that. To really lock in the moisture and intensify the effectiveness, I used this cream along with those spa socks that have gel lined heels which really seems to help too. It is very lightweight, non-greasy, no scent and it just what the doctor ordered!
