Music Player Compatible lpod Classic 7th Generation 160GB, Space Gray, with Accessories in White Plain Box

I was looking for a replacement since my ZuneHD quit syncing with my computer. I reluctantly purchased an Ipod touch 6 and it lasted 2 years before it failed. I searched and found what I thought was a replacement, but it was impossible to sync music playlists. I found this player and decided to give it a whirl. The FIRST thing I did (and I recommend it HIGHLY) was to put the Rockbox OS on it and I installed Musicbee on my system to manage my library. This puts YOU in control of your own music library and no one else. This player has performed EXACTLY as described. Remember, it is "compatible" with an Ipod Classic 7th gen. I would not use this with iTunes as I want to be in control of my music library. I also got a free upgrade to the 260GB version as the color I wanted wasn't available. I have no problem with this at all :) Thanks again and I do NOT work for this company

works, synced without any fight (pleasant surprise!), will update if anything comes up. I have some OG-all parts original ipods of the same generations and....in theory? color but TBH I can't actually remember and apple has so many versions of "space gray" as well as a bunch of other grays depending on generation at this point so the color differences may be because they're not the same actually the same color. The face plate however fits slightly different but is solidly installed, wheel feels different but solid and works very well. Currently running battery down to test it an already it's outperformed my poor OG "my battery is trying" older ipods, I suspect it will reach closer to original battery life without much issue I got this so I had something to use while I refurbish and mod my older ipods with less stress if I mess something up and I think I will enjoy it, it feels solid, hope it lasts like the OG ipods!

It’s the iPod. Like, a real iPod. And it works. No WiFi, no Bluetooth, just you, your music, a pair of wired earbuds, and no distractions.

My original got stolen in 2012, and I never thought I’d experience the click wheel again. I’m so glad I found this listing. It’s just as I remember, and I was able to plug it into my old MacBook from 2005 to import my old iTunes library. It was incredibly easy. Thank you for a great product!
