Easy installation and use

Received it today. To make good use of this gadget vacuum your house first. It does the job and collects dirt but not so good with human hair. Self cleans lightweight easy to assemble. Worth the money? Not so sure. For same price you can a buy a multifunctional mop for floors and bathroom wall tiles.

The product works well but leaves the water alot even after the steam and burrshing this i was not aware about although it takes about mints to dry but its unpleasant at all if you use spong mob with hot water and disinfectant ..

Worked fine for 2 cleans of the floor of my small 1 bed apartment. On the 3rd use the steam stopped being produced and cold water just dribbles from the machine. Returning it.

It leaves the floor wet and doesn’t vacuum hair strands properly

I expected much better. First, it steams a lot, and it leaves the floor wet so when it dries you can see marks because it was too wet. I was very excited about the “dry” collection, but it doesn’t really work. The dust on the floor gets wet and just gets dragged around as you clean. Even hairs wouldn’t be picked up. I did stay in the spot to collect the particles but it just wouldn’t do it. I would get the same from an unknown brand and a fraction of the price so it just didn’t work out for me.

Bad product. Don’t waste your money. Not suitable for ceramic surfaces — it leaves water stains and doesn’t clean properly.

Not sure about it. It cleans, but it is quite slow (like a stain in the kitchen would take several attempts). Worked for carpet, but it’s bulky and heavy for a daily use. Has long cord. Useless before vacuum cleaning, because all dust and hair will spread around. Overall good to have for big carpet areas or kitchen refresh, but not a necessity.

Buyer beware. This cleaner had clearly been used when I received it. The reservoir had wayer in it and there was dirt all over the cleaning head. It is a good product but buy it from a store if you want it new.

New product from Shark. I have been waiting a long time for this one to be released. It is small and flexible and doing the job. I have a short-haired dog that likes to scratch on the carpets. Hope this keeps the dog smell away but that remains to be seen. Although it is not recommended, I use the machine on carpets on the lowest steampower. Dries quickly. Gives a little plastic impression, but I still hope that Shark lives up to the quality it usually has. Acceptble sound level. Easy to clean. I run the device on the highest power in the air for 1/2 - 1 minute and the roller gets quite clean ready for use ones or twice again. Lacks battery operation, but on the other hand, it will be cheaper to purchase with a cord. Two brush rolls are included. Evaluation in progress, promising machine. Easy to clean. Note this is not a vacuum cleaner but picks up rubbish mechanically and does not require vacuuming beforehand. Powerful steam at maximum power. Do not use chemical cleaning agents as this will destroy the machine. Although this may not be the most luxurious machine but based on price, simplicity and in comparison with others I give it five stars.

Did a little research before we made the purchase. Box arrived broken and damaged. Contents obviously fell out. However there was no damage. Popped the system together in 3 minutes. Filled the water bottle up with distilled water and went to work. I actually hoovered thoroughly before washing the floors because our dogs are blowing their coats. Then I used the shark to wash floors. It’s VERY VERY quiet! It’s self propelled, it steams really well, the floors dry really quickly! We have an old French farm house with terracotta flooring and two dogs with muddy feet! This system cleaned everywhere really well. It took longer than expected ( my floors were filthy from muddy paw prints) The rooms smelled clean, you don’t add any cleaning products!! Just water. But the heat sanitizes. I then cleaned floors again with out hoovering just let the shark do it’s 3in1 job. It didn’t fail. It sucked up mud/mess/rubbish from floors and washed floors. Much quicker this time too. Honestly I can’t recommend this highly enough. Great price too.
