Affective way to work out I love it the bands are amazing for my arms and legs great product!!

The handles do not fit perfectly in the board it wobbles and feels unstable. Does not inspire confidence, always worrying if something is gonna go wrong. Works as it should so far it is a good addition to my home fitness.

It is portable; convenient when traveling.

I haven’t used it for push ups yet, but it is awesome for resistance bands! Forks up Nice and compact so you can take it anywhere! I’m not sure about the longevity of it, but so far it’s been great!

I unboxed it today and started hooking in the blue band and it snapped right away before I could use it. The product description says to email if you have any issues, but I can't find a point of contact anywhere. I guess this will get returned.
