Bought the rice for weight management/Diabetes. The cooked rice will really satisfy you and other members would switch easily in comparison to white rice, doesn't affects taste much. The only con every morning that I get is it takes HELL LOT OF TIME TO COOK. Even after pre-soaking it in water for an hour, it takes a Lot of time, most of the times greater than 30 minutes and this is the complain that I have been receiving every day. Well we have adapated to cooking slowly, but in morning fast turnaround time, it turns out to be painful. Otherwise everything is good and great about rice.
