Great value for money + Responsive seller
Getting great value for money plus dealing with a highly responsive seller is an unbeatable combination. The bottom piece of the floor-sitting part of this entertainment center was slightly damaged in one corner during shipping. When we informed the seller (who is also the manufacturer of this product) about this, they immediately offered to send a replacement part. While we really appreciated this offer, we ended up declining it because, as you can tell from the attached photo, there is no visible damage to the unit.We highly recommend both this seller and this entertainment center or any of its many variations. Overall, the unit we bought is well-designed and well-made.

Installation Support
The TV unit looks amazing, and its design is very rich. However, the quality of the wood used is not great, which makes me uncertain about how many years it will last. for Installation support is required.

A good product with worst experience!
Amazon service :I got a different coloured product which was delayed by 3 days !This product can’t be returned or exchanged no matter what they send you .I tried multiple times to connect with Amazon help Center , they took 3 days just to investigate about why a wrong product was received .Post which I tried 3 times to contact Amazon support but no help. They just used to raise new request to pickup the product but each time the request was auto cancelled !So here I’m sitting with a wrong product .The product - TV unit :The TV unit looks good , you would need tools to install it on your own , the back panel of the unit is a thin sheet - I was disappointed looking at that . When assembled it looks classy but quality is just fine . This product must be handled with care . Good to place 55 and over TV units .Badly disappointed with how a wrong product was sent and Amazon doesn’t have the ownership to correct it rather they kept playing tricks to close it.The product deserves 3 stars for what I went through in giving 1 !!!

Cracked product!
Two main boards were cracked and the instruction manual was so absurd!.. The pictures shown in the manual were sometimes different..and it could have been much much better.. (0.5/5 star for instruction manual).. The screws were not easy to fit !... I have tried Bluewood brand and it was too much easy to fix the furniture from them!.. and quality as well was so good!.. Wont be going for this brand again!
