Get the lmx 4 or lmx 5 numbing cream or if you can't find that go with numb master. Tylenol before you treat the area. Take it 30-60 minutes before. It doesn't thin blood like aspirin or ibuprofen. After it's done, if your hands are sanitized or with gloves on you can apply something like an aloe Vera king gel. There are areas of the body that are painless and others that need a few tricks to allow you to keep working on them.

Just used for first time. I started on level 6 and felt no pain at all…even on areas that I did NOT shave prior to using! (Which makes me wonder if it truly works or is it simply a bright warm light.) I am used to getting laser treatments at a med spa…so I am hoping this actually does something.
