I purchased this in mid November. I wanted to give it 1 month of use before giving my honest opinion. I have tried bio oil, other types of vitamin E oils and they have not lived up to their claims. I came across this item and decided since it was not an oil and instead a silicone scar gel, it might work better. To my surprise, after the 2nd week, I started to notice my old and new scars lightening. In order to achieve these results, you must apply it twice a day and every day. The silicone does not stay sticky and dries up quickly. There are no smell. It comes out as a clear thick gel. The tube is small, but a little goes a long way; the quality it there. It is now the end of December and I still have enough probably to last me until mid or end of January and you bet I will be ordering another one to continue to lighten up older scars. Don't hesitate and hurry to get yours today to have clearer skin.
