I like so much this boots!

Amazing boots. I put them for the first ríen on, drove to work, I looked down and see this- a gap. I couldn’t find customer service chat to see what can be done and one boot has this problem :( faulty

I love these boots! They are cute on, comfortable and look exactly like the picture. I was pleased with my order and look forward to wearing them.

The boot arrived on time. Very nice quality. But when I sized it was too big for me, I checked the size under the boot surprised it was written 11, Which is EU42. My actual size is 40 but I wear 41 to make it comfortable. Size 42? I really need to return the boot for my size, because I love the quality of the boot so much. Am disappointed.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, der Reißverschluss beim linken Schuh ist nach nur 3 Monaten defekt was sehr ärgerlich für einen Schuh dieser Marke ist!! Was können Sie mir anbieten um den Schaden zu meinen Verlust zu mindern? Mit freundlichen Grüßen Bianca Gunsch
