Dosent last
Okay I bought this a year and couple months ago, and I have to say it became a STAPLE! I have textured hair so this made curling it so effortless, the bristles are perfect for essentially straightening as you curl by keeping the hair locked in place. Loved it!!!! Until yesterday lol. I have NEVERRRR had a hair tool literally break it half. As it was in my hair I heard it break, unplugged it so quick, and pulled it out of my hair. What the hell? Maybe if this tool was 6+ years old I’d shrug it off, but it’s still relatively new! Came on here to try to contact support and see if I could get a replacement/if there’s warranty, but it was impossible to figure that out. Also I’m realizing the marketing for this product is a lie- on my wand there was a heat option one or two, with no temp gauge on it and I know it got very very hot, however I’d prefer not to put 450+ degrees on my hair so wish I knew exactly how hot it did get. So, you’ll love it while you have it but be careful lol.

Poor placement of power/temperature buttons
I have long, wavy hair that I wash at night to allow to dry overnight as it takes too long to dry in the morning - naturally or by hair dryer. I've used this 5-6 times or so on my wavy hair that frizzes if I brush when dry. I like the smoothness this offers and will take more practice to get the style I want. My biggest complaint is that I constantly hit the buttons to turn on/adjust heat temperatures while using causing the temperature to fluctuate. I want to only use the low or medium settings to ensure minimal damage. Ideally the buttons need to move away from the handle section and perhaps the brush/wand section just slightly longer to allow more coverage.

Great for bangs!
Perfect for styling my bangs! Also for straightening hair. Not great for curling hair (as advertised) because it just sticks and your hair gets caught in it super easily. Would recommend for daily bang styling though!

Be careful!!
The thermal brush works as it is intended to.. it gets your hair to that blowout. Kind of look without having to use 10 different tools.. the only reason why I’m giving it two stars is because this morning I had one of the worst experiences of my life with the hair tool— I’ve had used product products from the thrift store and I’ve had products that were over 20 years old passed down from family to me. None of them have ever caught fire on me. I had a meeting today that I had to cancel because it caught fire on my outlet, I’m having to wait right now for an electrician to come and repair it because it damaged my outlet and I’m gonna have to probably replace that and get my wall painted. I’m very disappointed because I really did enjoy using the thermal brush on my type of hair, I have very curly hair and usually it takes me a while to get it done. This took me around 20 to 35 minutes to get it how I like it.. I see an option on this that says “drying speed “ please do not use this on wet hair. Thank you Amazon for providing me a refund.

Buy with caution
This is a really hot one. The lowest setting is 330. But as a cosmetologist, it feels like 400 and 400 setting feels like 500. I hate the buttons. I wanna keep it on the lowest setting bc 400 I smell my hair frying and I keep accidentally touching them bc of the location. It does work good. I would say if u have any blondes that are compromised, don’t use this one. I have the older wavytalk with the slide button. That one is much better. Heat is just right but the bristles over time are falling out. I even got them stuck in the palm of my hand when I tried to clean the hair off. But I’d buy the older version again instead of this one.
