I just noticed that it slightly changed the color of the shoes, making them a little darker – even after more than 12 hours of drying. It's not a huge difference (in the photo, the waterproofed shoe is even closer to the window, so there's more light on it, and it's still noticeable), nothing that bothers me. I only noticed because I didn't have enough product to apply to both pairs completely.
