They are not made really sturdy but I am only using them on rainy days riding my bike so I am not going to be out walking around in them. I think the are more an emergency type item. They will last for a while and definitely keep your feet dry. They have elastic top drawstring so they stay snug. I am a female and wear a size 6 and I got them in a size 8 so they fit over my shoes well. Again they are not great quality but for emergencies they will do the trick. I will review again after I have had more wear on them so stay tuned!
