Perfect size.
Fits my son’s EpiPen, portable nebulizer with child mask, and multiple ampules of albuterol. Fits in his toddler size backpack. Love that it isn’t too big but fits everything important. Great quality. I bought multiple

What I needed
Exactly what I needed and smaller than expected -- about the size of a pencil case, which suits me just fine. Looks plenty big enough to fit in two EpiPens and some other various meds. I bought this particular one for the silicone tag, and said tag is what I wanted. Not noisy metal and nice and visible. Zippers work well, but the carabiner is a little bit small and I'll be replacing it. It has a clear pocket on the back for an emergency contact card and it comes with one. This pocket could be cut better; one side is jagged and long. I like the Velcro straps on the back as well. The quality of the bag is slightly worse than I was expecting, but that's just online shopping. It's a cheap little bag that everyone who needs to carry EpiPens should have.

Very nice
Very well made. Holds both epipens and my rescue inhaler. I ordered a second one for my second emergency pack.

Unlucky maybe?
**UPDATE: A day after reaching out to them, I received a reply from Dana (s/he is awesome!) 3 days later I received my replacement and it soo much better than the first one. There are no stitchings out of place. Although, the velcro is just a tad bit better than the first one, I would say it still isnt strong enough. And I wont use it with this anyway. So I would give the product 4 star but I will give it a +1 because of Dana. I felt that they really care for their customers. This case have potential, I am just put off with the quality of the case I received. The good: 1. It seems it like it is insulated 2. The colour is eyecatching and cant be missed. 3. It fits 2 epipens inside their case 4. It can be carried in 3 different ways (although one might be faulty, will talk about that later); 4 if you just want to stick in your bag or purse. The bad: 1.There are threads hanging on different parts of it. And the one on the side is just visibly coming apart. This seems like it wont last as it is already coming apart. Not sure if I am unlucky or their quality is really bad. 2. It doesnt seem like it is gonna close with the benadryl in, maybe it will if you force it in.. 3. If you are intending to use this with the velcro, the velcro is not strong enough, like it barely sticks no matter how hard you press it together (either it is faulty or really cheap) as it unsnap on its own when you try to hang it on its side like on a belt or something. I wont use it this way anyway. 4. This is not gonna affect the functionality more of in the aesthetic side but the cross and the words "medical case" are printed and not sewed in or embroidered if you are looking for something like that.. It would probably work fine for me, as this would mostly leave in my purse since my toddler is little.

Does the job!
I have 2 medicine bags, and this one is bigger, so it fits more (2 epipens, 1 inhaler, and some loose medicine). It has a wrist band, so you can put it around your wrist if you were to carry it without a backpack or purse. The smaller one I have (different company) came with a waist band, so you can easily hide the bag underneath clothing; so just as a comparison, this one is WAY TOO BIG for that. There is no hiding this one. In fact, that is probably the reason why they made it bright yellow: so you can find it easily! I think it's a good buy, as long as you need this large size medicine bag.

great case for the epipen!
I have been enjoying this case. Previously I was just throwing my epipens in a bag, or in my car, or pocket, etc. I was loosing track of them, too. They are too expensive for that! This is a great case, nicely padded, a great color. Easy to spot. My two epipens fit easily, and I could have room for the epipen practice pen too, between the epipens, If necessary. I like the little compartments opposite the epipens. I am going to put some Benadryl there. Nice case, great color, zipper works great. I can see why some say the clip isn't sturdy enough, but I'm not using it for a kid, so I don't have to clip it to a backpack. If I were going to, it would be very easy to swap it out for a stronger clip. I am glad I bought this.

Highly recommend. CATCHES EYES!
It is bright red and the keychain is not cheap looking at all. It fits our epi pens and then some. Highly recommend for school! It is also insulated so this summer i feel much better with the heat and lake trips. It seems to be made durable and super functional.

Can't fit a cooling strip in the left side
While you put your items that need to be cooled in the right side, the left side pockets are both very small. I've bought two different brands of these on amazon, and alas this one, the top left pocket isn't the full length of the case so you can't fit a necessary gel cooling strip in it. You don't want to put ice/frozen gel packs against your insulin pens loose in the case. For comparison, the YOUSHARES Insulin Travel Case which does have the full length pocket for an ice/gel pack
