I needed to take these for 3days as part of my Pre-op instructions. I've used other brands in the past. Either they didn't work at all, or I'd be literally running to the restroom with major cramps and and an explosion. These here, were perfect. They contain a stool softener and a laxative. Within 2 hours I started having bowel movements. They were subtle, non cramping and non explosive. I highly recommend this brand. The price is very reasonable and delivers great results.
