Isn’t vinegar as effective and cheaper?

We have heard from our customers that they've tried vinegar in the past and it did not work for them, but then Toelieva did work for them after using it. We do recommend that it can take up to 4-6 months of steady application, as the entire toenail renews with new growth from the nail bed. Toelieva is formulated with 25% Undecylenic Acid, the maximum amount established by the FDA.

Can I use Nail polish while using this?

i would not use nail polish on the nails that you put this on, the nail polish will block this from doing it’s job

Will this work for fingernails?

There is not a reason this would not work for fingernails and it may work a little faster since finger nails typically grow back in faster than toenails. We recommend to clean and dry the affected areas, then use the brush applicator to coat the cuticle and skin around the fingernail; massage lightly to aid absorption. Apply twice daily, a.m. and p.m. Before starting, it’s best to clip the affected fingernail(s) and keep them trimmed throughout the course of treatment. Results can take up to 4-6 months with slow but steady progress. It won’t happen overnight.
