The product is excellent. Very well crafted, beautifully colour coordinated. But care should have been taken to avoid packing it with 2 heavy 1 liter bottles of tender coconut water. One earring was bent, damaged. I could have returned it but, as a senior citizen with limited tech knowledge, I prefer to give a feed back rather than create a ruckus.
