LOVE THESE
I love these things, but if you can’t handle spice do not get these. These have my mouth burning after a couple bites but that’s how I like it. I love to make these and have some cucumber and pot stickers with them. Overall I recommend at least trying.

The noodles are an upgrade vs. other brands of this type of product. The basic seasoning? Eh...meh... Well... Let's just say that it won't win any awards. I recommend off-the-shelf spices and sauces available at your grocer to use with these noodles and just throw the seasoning away. (But keep and add the hot flakes.) If you're salt intolerant then just don't bother with this at all.
