We purchased this mattress because we we starting to have difficulty getting up off of the Aerobed that we own. We spend time visiting our children and have to sleep on an air mattress when we do. The original Sound Asleep mattress that we bought had a slow leak snd the company immediately sent us a new one. We recently had to move in with my mother in law as she recovered from pneumonia and slept on the mattress for 31 consecutive nights. I can only say that the mattress was so comfortable that we joked about maybe sleeping on it when we returned home. There were no air leaks and we both got a great night’s sleep. I would buy another one tomorrow if we needed another mattress.

I bought the air mattress for my daughter to use while she was home from college. She said the Air Mattress is very comfortable. She used it everyday, for a week and the air mattress developed a small leak. By morning the air mattress was mostly deflated. We couldn’t find the slow leak to repair it. I contacted SoundAsleep and explained the issue, they immediately sent me a new air mattress. So far no issues with the new mattress. SoundAsleep’s customer service is excellent. They show they care about providing a quality product and back it 100%

Easy and quick to inflate and deflate. Very good Comfortable. Great customer service.

The mechanism for inflating/deflating is the easiest I’ve ever encountered and we’ve had a lot of inflatable mattresses! The first mattress we received deflated quickly despite us waiting the suggested amount of time to wear in the elasticity. I contacted the company and they immediately sent us a new one with expedited shipping. The new mattress did not deflate!
