I have read that it can cause liver damage in some people, so I pulled the capsule apart and dumped half out to start out small. After taking half a dose of this one time last night I already had pain in my liver area which never happens and it hasn’t gone away yet. I read up on it more and found that Fo-Ti is an MAOI which can cause serious issues if you eat the wrong foods while taking it! So while it may work for some it can be deadly for others.
