Very good supplement because it combines 4 in 1 plus the Magnesium aggregate, I use it daily for my bones

I do really like these supplements. Calcium with D3 + K2 + B12 - it’s got them all. The soft gels are really small so I’m not totally sure how they fit everything in there. But, they are small enough that I actually take them. Most calcium supplements are horse pills and the gummies stick to my teeth. However, the shell has Gelatin which is most definitely not plant based. I’m a small 50 year old woman and the pic is of my thumb.

I actually feel great since starting to take this supplement. I have more energy and do not feel so drained. They are small and easy to swallow, odorless, flavorless, and do not upset my stomach at all.

I have only been taking this for maybe a couple weeks, and so far my hip is starting to feel better. I hope it's not just me thinking it's better. My body just doesn't absorb those hard pills. So praying these will work to reverse my osteoporosis.

Might upset you’re stomach .great value for the money easy to swallow and comes in gel tablet .

I threw mine away after trying 3 times. I like to take vitamins on an empty stomach but vomited this up. Do tried twice with food - once before, once after - and vomited that up. Something not quite right with content or dosage.
