Update: 7/26/25 Having a hard time keeping it charged. No matter how long I keep it on the charger, it doesn’t charge past 30%. My daughter wanted a phone so she can look like mommy. No way I was getting her a phone. The kids phone toys are way below her patience and capabilities. This was a sound compromise. She loves it and I decorated it just like my phone and kindle so she can be like mommy. I also got myself one to use as a purse kindle. There’s no lag, and the Bluetooth connected to my headphones very easily. Speakers are good for what it is, obviously nothing spectacular. My husband now wants one and we will be buying him one later.

Vivo en una pequeña ciudad en Colombia, y a pesar que no es que sea un lugar peligroso, esto no es Canada y no puedes ir por ahi con un Iphone de 1000 dolares corriendo a las 5 am, uso este dispositivo para poder trotar y si por casualidad soy victima de un asalto, no me sentire tan mal que si me roban un Iphone, reproduce muy bien musica y puedes decargarle mapas al gps es como tener una mini tablet si vives en algun lugar que no sea canada, o zonas para ricos, puedes usar este dispositivo para tener tu musica y cositas de manera tranquila.

What a waste! Don't waste your money!! I initially loved it and downloaded all my books and podcasts on the device. When it was time to charge it for the second time it will not charge! The device also gets extremely hot and if you don't use it, it will just turn off constantly. All of these things I could have looked past but it feels like such a waste that it will not charge anymore. No matter how long I charge it for or what charger I use it will always be at 4 percent making it unusable. Disappointing.

It worked great for my son but he kept charging it overnight and the battery eventually gave out. It no longer turns on and i didnt get warranty... however it worked for a few months.

I really liked the software and the light compact size of the player. It worked well for a year and then the bluetooth began to be difficult and finally died last week. Started using plug-in earbuds for a week and then the sound died when the screen turned off. Couldn't find a work-around for this problem, so I trashed the player and bought another brand to replace it. In summary, the player was excellent for a year and then became unusable.
