Nothing feels the same as a real pillow. But, if you are used to sleeping with something between your knees this will work while traveling. Held air all week. Rolled up and stored away perfect.

This pillow is pretty easy to blow up. I did it with my mouth and did not try using a pump as I plan to take it out of town and won't be bringing a pump, so I don't know how well the very unique valve attaches to my usual camping pumps. At any rate, it did not take me super long to inflate by mouth. However, the valve left a weird taste on my lips, so I would suggest cleaning it before using this way. The valve has a button in the middle. When the button is up, air flows into the pillow but does not backlog between breaths. When you click the button down, it will release air until you click it up again.I'm more used to a rectangular body pillow, and I found it hard to sleep with this cylindrical one. Since it's vinyl (?), it makes a lot of noise when you shift if you don't fully inflate it, but it was too wide for my hips to rest comfortably when it was fully inflated, and it was hard to get the right amount of air so that my knees had enough air between them but my feet weren't too uncomfortable hugging the pillow.The soft velvety exterior is very nice for winter, but it was too hot for summer, so I tried it with a body pillow case the second time I used it. The pillow case helped with both my feeling hot and the previously mentioned sound of the interior of the pillow.The pillow was easy to deflate. Simply press the valve button so it is down and roll it up, then press the button again when empty. I had to unroll it and fold it in half length-wise to roll it up for it to fit in its pouch. It includes an elastic band to hold it in its rolled position while putting it in its pouch.Overall, it is a decent pillow and well made for travel use. However, I really wish they'd made it more like a regular rectangular pillow shape.

I travel and stay in hotels regularly. This body pillow is wonderful and fits in a backpack easily for transport.

This is a nifty things for anyone who is pregnant and camping. It is easy to inflate and it is easily sotred away in a compact case. The size is just right and it is pretty comfortable for an inflatable pillow.

One big challenge I have when traveling is how to effectively replace the body pillows (yes plural) that I sleep with at home. A few years ago, I started packing a body pillow cases in the hopes that I could stuff it full of extra normal sized pillows found at my destination to try to replicate a body pillow. This has had mixed results.I was a little skeptical about how a blow-up pillow would feel compared to my usual body pillows. While not a perfect replacement, this product does a reasonable job, enough that I will be adding it to most if not all of my future trips.I don’t have an air pump and was worried I might need to (a) purchase one and (b) drag that around on my trips as well. The good news is that this can be very easily blown up manually. For me, it takes about 15 or so good deep breaths, so only a couple of minutes. The valve is a little awkward to blow into, but not enough to be bothersome. The valve also has a nifty “toggle” that allows for one-way airflow to make blowing it up easier, while also giving a quick way to deflate either slowly or quickly. The velvety material is soft enough on its own to use as-is, but there is a noticeable “flange” on each end (which you can see in the photos in the listing). I put the pillow inside a pillow case for more comfort overall. Deflating this only takes a few seconds because of the aforementioned valve and it does collapse fully so that I can roll it into a very tight cylinder. The elastic strap and the travel bag are nice bonuses and will really enhance the portability. It might be hard to keep track of the elastic strap, but if for some reason I misplace it, it would be very easy to sew another one. The material has a good weight to it, so I don’t think it will be easily punctured and does not feel cheap. I especially appreciate the long length of the specific model I ordered (47”). I am very pleased with this product. I think it is well worth the regular price and likely will order a second one as a back-up/replacement. If I was queen of the world, there are two minor additions I would make to this product. I would add a removable cover (although easy enough to use your own) and I would make the shape more oval to be more similar to normal body pillows. Neither of these diminishes from the overall product so I have no reservations with giving this a solid 5-star rating.

This inflatable body pillow is super comfortable and perfect for hugging or supporting your back while sleeping. The size is great, and it really helps with side sleeping or just relaxing in bed. The material feels durable, and once inflated, it holds air well. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it didn’t come with a pump, which made inflating it a bit inconvenient. It would’ve been much more user-friendly if a pump was included. Other than that, it’s a great product!
