Easy to assemble, with a manual that provides clear and easy-to-follow instructions. Good Quality. Comfortable for my 8-10 hrs of work time. Not as much back support but good enough. The chair have the functionality I need which is be able to adjust seat height and lean back a little. Neck support is good.

I am giving this a 5 star it arrived earlier than expected which is good. It is a good quality product, very comfy and the lumbar support is a big help on my back as well as the head rest. I highly recommend this ergonomic chair. Plus the price was reasonable at the time of purchase. I am not sure if the price change after.

A very good office chair with good support for the price. I would not recommend this chair for heavy and large people. The chair requires assembly, and is not the best engineered chair as far as assembly. The arms can be moved out of the way and is great for guitar players. The height of the chair may be too low for some uses, and the chair does not really recline, but has some give. Now for the test of time…

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The Hbada reputation is well-founded. Ergo is definitely better than gaming chairs. Other brands just use a plywood board and a stiff cushion and it feels like it. Hbada has a contoured sat with a thick comfy cushion. The lumbar support is the heavenly thing you will swear you have been missing your whole life.

Love the Quality! left this one to my boyfriend cause he enjoyed alot as well, am currently buying my second one ! lumbar support its great i had a surgery a few years back and is a must for me and this one is actually comfortable in that area

Super comfy chair, I’m sitting 6hrs a day at least and my lower back never hurts anymore. I will say the headrest is a little too forward for my liking but it’s a minor thing and overall great comfort

Only had a few days, but boy is this a lot nicer than I was expecting. MUCH more sturdy than your average sub-$300 office chair. I always get those purple gel pad things for my chairs, but this one I may not have to at first (we'll see).

This is my second chair from Hbada, and after having a positive experience with my first one, expected much the same. I was not disappointed— for the price, these chairs cannot be beat! However, there were two small issues that would prevent me from buying this particular model again. The first are the armrests. Nothing is inherently wrong with them, but for my preference, I thought they were a tad short. There’s also a problem of not being able to easily adjust the friction of the armrest’s movement after everything is assembled, so double check that when assembling. The second is the size. I’m 5’7”/169cm, and for me this chair feels a little snug— not uncomfortably small, but very “fitted”. I like to sit criss-cross in my chairs, and I can’t do that with this one. Also, the headrest height can’t be adjusted, so it’s a little high for me, but still provides enough support when reclining.

The arm rests have literally no padding in them, so I took them off because they actually hurt my elbows, but after that the chair isn't terrible. The lumbar support is a little low, mostly supporting the pelvis area, but that might be by design. The seat cushion is okay for a few hours of sitting, but I wouldn't use this if you're sitting in the chair 8+ hours a day. The customer service is great though, and they do have a 3-year warranty, so overall it's not bad. Seems like Hbada might be a good brand, but this specific model is probably not their best chair design.
