Truly, a choosing a bareback pad is a based on subjective individual opinion.I have both bareback pads and now that I have the Kensington, I can tell you that THIS is the pad I would recommend. To me, it is more comfortable and perhaps even more “grippy,” than the other brand. The Kensington is definitely a thicker pad than the Best Friend.Love, love, love the Kensington bareback pad! My only request is that it would come in a bigger variety of options for color.
