I had a persistent mouse problem at home, and after trying various methods, I decided to give this product a shot. I placed the repellent in the area where I’d often seen signs of the mouse, and within just a few days, I noticed a clear difference—the mouse was gone, and I haven’t seen any new signs of rodents since. The smell is noticeable but not unpleasant, and I appreciate that it’s plant-based and safe to use around my family. It’s been effective for weeks now, offering long-lasting peace of mind. I’m impressed and would definitely recommend it to anyone dealing with a similar issue.

I have rats in my loft and mice in garage, bought two packets Rodent Repellents (8 balls in one packet) for each place, I put each ball in a small container to avoid them rolled away, they’re really strong smell, not too bad smell for garage but too strong for the loft after the hatch closed. I noticed no sign of rats or mice in both places after used over three weeks. Yes, they work when used correctly in infested areas ie I put lots near the garage door. Will buy more to prevent future problems.

My dilemma… a mouse problem in the garden & I didn’t want them making their way into the house… but I have a dog so didn’t want to put down poison. These balls were the ideal solution… they had a peppermint odour, that wasn’t too overpowering but clearly was strong and unpleasant to rodents… yet harmless to my dog. I started from the inside out… placing them in my lift first, the working outside placing balls in the shed, under the shed etc. I thought it best doing it this way as otherwise I might be inadvertently forcing the mice inside as they tried to avoid the smell. A week later - no sign of the mice at all! Very effective!

Really effective. I bought a couple of packs of these as rats from the neighbouring farm seem to have realised that there is loads of good stuff being dropped by the birds using the bird feeders, and I have struggled to get rid of them using other methods. The rats have completely ignored the baits and traps and become very confident in filling themselves up. I placed about 1 1/2 packs of these outside yesterday morning and almost immediately the rats have gone. The peppermint smell is very strong (not unpleasant for humans) but the rats really don’t seem to like it at all. Can’t speak as to how long these will endure or whether the rats will become accustomed to them, but for an immediate effect, these are exceptionally good.

Ease of use, all items were wrapped seperately so you don't have to use them all at once. Placed a few around the area where mice were, very easy to do and 3 or 4 days later no mice. The smell from the product is quite pleasant, my dog, after an initial sniff didn't bother with them again so would recommend and purchase again if needed.

They haven’t made any difference I’m afraid.

Our cat brought in a live rat recently, which escaped under our kitchen cabinets. We pulled the kitchen apart trying to find and catch it with no luck. However, these repellent balls worked immediately. After I placed them strategically at the back of our cabinets, all trace of the rat vanished. We believe it was able to wiggle out of a hole and into the garden to escape the smell - which is essentially a herbal or menthol smell. We have checked everywhere in the house since with no sign. I highly recommend this product.
