Sturdy, well-made item
It is sturdy and well made. Accordingly, it may be slightly heavier than some of its competitors. Cleaning was relatively easy, it was rinsed immediately after using. With a removable ricing die (three come with) help ease the process. The length of the handles provides a good amount of leverage.

Neat Gadget
Works great, if I had to find a complaint it would be that the interchangeable disk usually gets stuck to the press side every time you press potatoes through it, while one with a fixed disk(where the holes are) would not have this issue. I guess it's a trade off for having the different size disk options, but overall still a pretty slick gadget to add to the kitchen and makes excellent mashed potatoes!

Very nice product
My Amazon driver practically dropped this package on my steps, l jumped out of my skin because it was loud. Which damaged the packaging on the inside. I asked for an Amazon “box”, not a flimsy plastic bag. Not happy. Luckily the product was not damaged. Very nice, bought it for my husband. Do better Amazon with your delivery people.

First class product
I love making spaezlte so this is right up my alley. Does as good if not a better job than ths flat ones I used in Germany. The mashed potatoes I made with this are restaurant quality smooth.

Interchangeable Disc
I have always wanted a ricer. I love this one. Works great and easy to clean. My only negative is that the disc don't lock in. When you are ricing potatoes, the disc comes up. Not a major deal. I would personally look for one that is one solid unit. The interchangeable disc are great and a nice option. My negative is a personal thing. The overall quality and productivity of the ricer is grade A.
