The texture is a rich, creamy mousse that spreads easily and feels instantly cooling—no burning or tingling. I let it sit for about 3 minutes (just enough time to check my phone), and then the magic happens: when you add water and start massaging, it transforms into a rich, foamy cleanser. It’s so satisfying and rinses off with zero struggle. Right after rinsing, my skin feels truly clean, but not stripped. It’s a fresh, calm, soft-to-the-touch feeling—like my pores just got vacuumed out. There's no chalky film left behind, which is a problem I've had with other masks. After just a few uses, I saw visible results. My pores looked tighter, and my forehead stayed matte all day (I usually need blotting papers by noon). The biggest win? The stubborn texture bumps along my jawline started disappearing. Now, after using it 3x a week for over two weeks, my skin texture is visibly smoother and my oil production finally feels balanced. What's wild is how powerful this mask feels, yet how gentle it is. Most "detox" products leave me red and stinging, but this has zero side effects. Absolutely perfect for oily combination skin! It’s mostly cleared up my breakouts and has an interesting smell…? Just something to note for sensitive noses. I wouldn’t recommend it for dry and mature skin as it can be quite drying because it’s a clay mask as well as a cleanser.
