Love the silk hair ties. They are much gentler on my fine hair that is easily pulled out. This helps reduce hair loss when you wear ponytail a lot. I gave them his gifts to a couple girlfriends, who also love them both in the fat and the skinny size.

Excellent for people with thick hair that get headaches from regular hair ties. This greatly helps with my headaches as I have to have my hair tied back at work. Very comfortable and well-made product.

use these for my locs

I like these. My only "complaint" is that I don't like them as much as the larger version, which I find to be a bit tighter and easier on my hair (if left in all day and over night I find almost no hair caught on the larger ones). Overall, a nice product that holds up well.

Great for my thin hair

I wanted to try silk hair ties because I have curly hair and I try to avoid anything that might cause breakage or pulling. The problem is that most silk hair ties I’ve seen are basically scrunchies, and I don’t really like that bulky look. I decided to try these Olesilk ones because they looked thinner and closer in size to a regular elastic hair tie. To my surprise, they are exactly what I hoped they'd be. They are slightly bigger than a typical elastic hair tie you’d find at a drugstore (see photo of it next to another hairtie brand), but the difference is pretty minimal. They still have that smooth silk exterior, but they don’t look oversized or bulky like a scrunchie. Another thing I’m really picky about is seams. I have sensitive skin on the inside of my wrist and some hair ties have a seam that can get irritating after a while. With these, I honestly can’t even find where the seam is. I’m sure it’s there somewhere, but it’s completely hidden and I don’t feel anything scratching or rubbing against my skin. They’re comfortable to wear on my wrist and tight enough to not fall off, but they’re not so tight that they leave marks or feel like they’re cutting off circulation. I did notice some reviews mentioning that the silk split open for them. I’ve had these for about a week so far and haven’t experienced that at all, but if anything changes I’ll update my review. So far though, I absolutely love them. They’re smooth, comfortable, gentle on my curly hair, and they look much more like a normal hair tie instead of a scrunchie. At this point they’ve actually become my favorite hair ties.

PRODUCT IS NICE AND SUPPOSED TO BE KIND AND NOT DAMAGE HAIR. DRAWBACK, THEY SLIP OFF EASILY AND THAT ISNT GOOD!
