The handleset had been previously opened. The written instructions were torn and there were missing screws and duplicate latchsets. If we didn't have parts from our original handleset and screws from our garage, we could not have installed the new handleset. Also - and possibly most important - the interior coverplate was shorter than the original by 1-1/2 inches and did not match up with the holes of the exterior coverplate. We had to use our original (worn) interior coverplate shown in the picture. This company is not reputable and shows a lack of integrity. Someone is definitely not watching over the quality control.

Looks nice for the price. Up close it's not all that rustic more painted but good enough.From 10' it looks expensive. Works well and takes a Kwikset key. This doesn't have the smart key option but if you have another door with that you can switch to this key.

Caution handle only works with Yale lockset. Can’t re-key to house key if Schlage.

Sought a one-for-one replacement with existing unit. Upon install we could tell the unit was touchy. After approximately 6 months (conveniently just outside of the return window) the cylinder went from touchy to completely un-usable. A local locksmith found the cylinder was broken within 2 minutes of looking at it. Not worth the hassle.

I love the handle just wish it came with instructions on how to flip the handle.. I am sure I can figure it out but I do not want to brake anything.

Bought this as a “slight damage to top -like new condition! The handle looks as if it was drug through rocks. This is Amazon’s fault for misleading info. I am so disappointed because I love the handle. It’s beautiful!!!
