Directions

For optimum result use 2-3 servings of Pure Source Nutrition Pea Protein daily. Ideally consume any time during the day as a meal or as post workout drink.

For 1 serving, add 1 level scoop to approximately 350ml-400ml of water or skimmed milk and shake approximately for 1 minute.

The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, so adjust to suit your own taste.
