Lots of features, intuitive software
I bought this BROTHER QL-800 label printer because I couldn't bear to use the DYMO LabelWriter 550 (which I have just thrown away because it is a dreadful upgrade on the already mediocre LabelWriter 450).I'm absolutely delighted with this BROTHER QL-800 printer. It has so many features (can print black and red, can cut labels) but also has very powerful intuitive software. It also comes with a large library of templates that cover just about anything one might need. Well done BROTHER- great job. This BROTHER printer is only a little bit more expensive than the DYMO equivalent but 100 times better.

Be Aware
It looks like a very nice label printer! But that is where it stops. No software supplied, no instructions that mean anything, complicated to get working. Brother a very poor at supplying drivers that work. When contacting support (if you can, no help at all), told to try this and if not ???. I couldn't find a contact number for support and only managed to contact them by email.having said that, with a lot of perseverance, I got it working, but I don't understand the features of what it can and can't print
