Why does it say 0 Net Carbs but the Nutrition Information says 4 carbs, no fiber, no sugar. Where are the carbs coming from?

How does this dissolve in colder liquids? I've used the larger granule allulose and it doesn't dissolve, thanks.

This one dissolves fairly well in a cold drink. I put 2 tsp in a 12 oz glass with water, ice, and lemon and I don't see any allulose settling out.
