This is a great rope. I have NO complaints about it. The handles are well gripped for your hands. Very durable & will last a good while! The handles spin very well for fast and nonresistance jumps! I love this rope, my friends love this rope, and I would highly recommend the 1LB for nice cardio & strength training.

Killer rope
It’s a bit pricey but the quality feels great. Honestly impressed by how well this is made and how nice it feels, I feel bad to use it on concrete now lol. Anyway. Get this, this is the rope you’re looking for. Killer workout, 90 seconds and my hands are falling off.
