disappointed but not surprised
i hate to tell you the crabby review was kind of onto something.... the cream really is stark white. it tastes like powdered sugar. way too sweet with just the sugar flavor, falls very flat. lacking something for sure. i got two boxes. it's edible! and cheap. the texture is pretty good but not the best quality. there are other ones i've ordered on amazon that i prefer. definitely moist and fluffy like it should be though my tip to dress is up is to use a different container, and to use a stencil. i used a cake topper i ordered, and laid it down before dusting with the cocoa, then just peeled it up. super easy and distracts from the other short comings of the tiramisu lol :) i used text but you could use any shape
