Easiest product I have installed mechanical and to the internet I bought two one fir my front door and back and the work great love the automatic lock feature. Highly recommend this product!!!

We manage a rental home from another city and this lock allows us to assign passcodes to potential tenants for them to tour the property without us having to travel to let them in. I like that you can assign codes remotely through the app that expire after a certain length of time. We’ve had it for about 2.5 months and have not had to change the batteries yet.

Product really took me 15 minutes to set up.Once you install the app, the basic app is super simple to use. Programming the user and the individual user code is super easy. Enter in the name, enter in the four digit passcode , press save and that’s it. I have tried programming the entry code on “other“ keyless entry locks and spent hours on end trying to figure it out and still could not get it to work. The instruction was so confusing I ended up replacing it with this lock.Another advantage about using this lock is it will notify me on my iphone who opens/ unlocks or locks the gate at what time.I installed this lock to my side metal gate leading to the backyard of the house. Thus, I can remotely open up the gate lock should I have contractors that need to access my backyard while I am away at work or away from my home. In the past, I would have to drive home just to unlock the gate for the contractors to enter because they called me last minute when I was stuck at work.This feature alone is a gas and time savings which will pay back the cost of this lock many folds over time.

I've wanted one of these for a while, but didn't know what route to take. We have a few other Eufy products in the house, so I gave this a look. It seemed to fit the bill for everything I was looking for: style, ease of install and easy setup and maintenance.The install took about 5-6 minutes, including removal of the existing! I do the bulk of maintenance on and around my house, so I'm pretty handy.Once installed, I had to set it up...added the batteries and realized I had to download a different app (security) than my other Eufy products (lighting). Not a huge deal, but it's an additional app in my phone now. I have a mesh network throughout my house, so there were no connection issues and it was set up in no time! I assigned codes for my wife and myself, then gave one to each of my kids so they can get in after school if we're not home. Now they don't have to open and close the garage door with a code - definitely an energy savings! Same for me - instead of going out the (cluttered) garage in the morning, I head out the front door, lock it behind me and off I go!I also recently assigned a code for a guest to come take care of our pets while we were out of town. Flawless and would definitely recommend!

This was easy to set up. I love that you can remotely unlock or lock.
