Excellent toaster and even better customer service. After nearly two years of regular use, the toaster developed a fault while still under warranty. I contacted the company expecting a complicated process, but they replaced it immediately with no hassle or concerns. The product itself works perfectly – evenly toasted bread, consistent performance, and solid build quality. Really impressed with both the quality and the after-sales support. Highly recommended!

I bought the toaster and few months later one side stopped working. When I contacted the department responsible for the item, the response was incredible fast. The only tem was replaced in just a few days after I contacted them. Best service ever and great product.

Great looking toaster but after 2.5 years both sides had stopped working - before this a slow decline in the mechanism for pushing down to toast the bread. The last week was battling with the lever! Disappointing as toasters should last 5-8 years apparently. I love the design but it was problematic and would not risk purchasing it again - will get a similar style but a more reliable brand.

30 days after delivery, and probably 10 uses and the 1 lever does not want to move down. Bought stuff on Temu that lasted longer. DO NOT BUY, unless you want to waste your money

Bought it together with the kettle as the design is so beautiful and looks great on my kitchen! However when I tried i loved its functionality and the fact that you can toast bread at the same time but with different intensities! Perfect for a big family with different tastes.
