Seems to be drawn by hand... very low quality graphs
Well, actually the graphics on the books seems to be drawn by hand so it makes more difficult understanding. As this book is a visioning tool, I assume the most important content are the graphics design and content.I really didn't liked it. I Suggest that the author rewrite this book with more modern graphics, infographic, etc... It seems to be old stuff. It's not a pleasure reading at all despite of the content good or not.

How Visual Leaders Generate Exeptional Engagement, Productivity, and Results
This richly illustrated full-color book explains how to use a powerful array of visual tools to:* Understand your organization and its parts as a whole;* Enable collaborative thinking, innovation, and planning;* Align vision, strategy, & action for high performance;* Communicate the organization's purpose, direction, and story. In my work as a facilitator, I have used David Sibbet's methods in many settings and organizations. Yet this book opened valuable new vistas for assisting leaders to focus the potential of their people on a common purpose.Four examples of practical inspiration:* David demonstrates a variety of ways to use simple diagrams like a matrix grid to support teams in option review and setting priorities (see page 117);* He adds engrossing examples of leaders who have used visual templates and maps to guide organizational planning (see the use of the matrix grid in a multi-year portfolio planning process on page 132);* The Sibbet/Le Saget Sustainable Organization Model presents a thought-provoking overview of the stages, challenges, and aspirations of organizations in different stages of development. Reviewing this one-page map produces instant individual "Ahas!" and can stimulate rewarding team discussion of where the organization is and what it needs to do next to reach its desired destination;* A comprehensive summary of New Media options is encapsulated in a five-page pro & con chart that enables readers to sort out the use of these options based on their intention, experience, and the strengths and weaknesses of each media option. Great guide to the stunning array of tools that is now evolving!A word on the format: Each two-page spread combines sketches, diagrams, and text to deliver its message and invite application. The simplicity of the drawings plays against the sophistication of organizational development wisdom that permeates each page. If you are new to the use of visual tools in organizational settings, you may feel inspired or even overwhelmed by this cornucopia. Jump in and experiment with what appeals to you. You will find this a mind-stretching venture with great pay-off for the teams and organizations you lead and serve.PS This book is the third of a trilogy that includes Visual Meetings and Visual Teams. Each book illustrates the application of visual tools to its subject, demonstrating how to reliably generate exceptional engagement, productivity, and results in meetings, teams, and organizations.

Inspiring visual ideas
I am working on getting meaniful, creative ideas when relating images/smartart + pictures to the messages I want to covey when creating some presentations In this sense, this book is really inspiring! It also gives us ideas on how visuals can help us in different kinds of situations, for example: to enhace meetings, have better decision sessions, use graphic storymaps and how we can make people "see" what we mean . The book is colorful, well organized and easy/enjoyable to read. I actually felt that reading it helped my own ideas to come up to life! Really appreciated!

Fantastico
