I love this product! It’s an easy and effective way to reduce neck and shoulder pain. Long cord allows you room to move if needed. Timer can be set in half hour increments from 30 minutes to 2 hours it has 6 heat settings. It’s also a great way to reduce stress and wind down while watching TV or reading before bed. This product appears well made, is sewn well. I didn't give 5 stars because it gets very hot. I have used it up to level 3 (of 10) and it is too hot at times. It does well for me at level 2. The size is great and I like the collar around the neck, due to my issues being my neck.

I rarely write a review but since this is for people that are sick in need of something that can help relieve their pain I thought I have to. I bought another one first that cover until my waist was no good at all but this one oh my Lord is warm on each part of the pad in other words is all over it gives you relief of tight sore muscles and pain I have used it 4 times the cord is reasonably long I truly recommend it and is worst the money God bless you all I pray you all feel better and thank you to the seller for such a good product

I have been experience neck pain, and this product has been great. It fits around my neck and shoulders, provide a safe amount of steady adjustable heat, and I can set a timer. It is comfortable and does not slip off (there is a easy snap in the front). It has certainly helped with the spinal pain. I highly recommend this product.

Came as described. Heats up nicely but not to where I felt it was unsafe. This heating pad is flexible and perfect to wear while watching tv. The material is soft and slighty weighted to offer more pressure.

This was perfect for my shoulder pain from a pinched nerve. Was comfortable to wear and heat temp was perfect. It laid on the spots that hurt perfectly.

The one I received doesn't work.its shows F7 not the display.cant function the temperature ,timer or on/off button. tried it many times on different days following the manual. I don't recommend it

The voltage is not mentioned in the specifications and now I cant use it because our power supply is 220 volts not 120 V I will try and return it
