I put them near my heat vent to warm them up a little. The next day, nothing changes. They were still off center and looked weird. I put them in the bike and it took a while to get them to sit right and look good. I did pump them up a few times over max pressure to get them to sit better. About 40 mins later they looked good and rode great. I started to like them after a few rides on them.
