Good overall rugged phone. I bought it 9 months ago and it's held up well. I'm extremely hard on phones and needed something that would last me. Typical Iphones and Samsungs just don't work for me. It's a little on the thick side but I knew the measurements before I purchased it and the long lasting battery is worth the thickness. I'll go days without charging with no worries. No case needed, never cracked the screen. It's the perfect size for my hands and fit in my back pocket nicely (I'm a women and our jean pockets are tiny). My only complaint is that I dropped it a few months ago and my speaker quit working. I'm pretty sure a wiring got loose with the drop. I contacted Ulefone and they were quick to respond and eager to get my phone in working condition. Great customer service and willing to send me a free phone case for my troubles. They are sending a brand new phone to replace my broken one (which it was only the speaker and red/blue emergency lights that stopped working). I would definitely get another Ulefone again if/when my new phone needs replacing. Customer service makes the difference.

Excellent phone. Love the size and all the features. The FLIR camera has already come in handy as well as the camping light. The battery is also long lasting. I have not seen it go below 80%.

Way too thick and heavy. I was looking for pocket sized. So I returned it.

. I really wanted to love it, it's a perfect phone except the battery only lasts me 8 hours on medium use, I have screenshots, I used about 3 hours of YouTube , the rest is just normal gps ,text, email, I don't understand how the battery lasts less than my old Samsung with less battery.

Really nice phone for the price. Thermal camera is worth the value! A little on the smaller side, but still fully functional. Overall a good purchase.

The only thing that could discourage you is that it is not the same size of typical phones! With that being said it offers so much more than them as well! Get the holster and you will be fine!
