Great value functional knives, really good if you cutting into big joints

the 12 inch butchers knife feels heavy enough to have a good feel in hand...I have just begun to use it, so dont know how it will retain its edge over time. Not a great looker as the handle is moulded over, so I cant see the tang. Good grip though

Knife you receive is not the knife shown in pictures

This knife was Not! "Hand sharpened by professionals". It was hand ruined by morons! It hadn't met a professional until the courier picked it up for delivery. The rear of the blade had been missed altogether (around half inch of raw edge). The tip end had 7 distinct surfaces where it had been butchered on the whet stone. On the curve of the blade were several chunky dents where it had clearly been dropped on a stone/concrete floor after (and I say this laughingly)...It had been "Sharpened". I can't even repair the damage done with a standard sharpener. I'm going to have to break out my own whet wheel to reshape the thing.

Good sturdy knife ok for chopping poultry and lamb chops

Credevo fosse più pesante e robusto. Non soddisfa le mie esigenze. Cercavo un coltello da colpo per taglio carni grosse. Non è questo. L'ho scelto io. Non ho valutato bene

Non corrisponde alla descrizione. Lama da 2.5mm e non da 3mm. Non è "pesante"!!!

Fa egregiamente il suo compito

Coltello abbastanza buono.. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo ottimo.. Acciaio con una buona durezza ed un buon filo.. Provato a lavoro e ha fatto il suo lavoro con ottimi risultati.. Il manico un po' minimale ma buono.. Lo consiglio
