I was new to allulose I needed a sugar substitute that responded like sugar when exposed to heat. This does exactly that! I made candied orange peels and without this great substitute I wouldn't have been able to get the same result.The sweetener is in powdered form which was perfect for me, but not noted on the package. It is exactly as stated only about 75% as sweet as sugar; without that bitterness that can be present with other types of sugar substitutes. The price is fair for the quantity and I will buy again.

Use the product for some Thanksgiving baking and it does a great job without altering the flavors of my desserts.The price is great. I am already in need of more.

I’m trying the keto diet and I have found allulose doesn’t not have the bitter aftertaste that stevia and other sugar replacements have. It’s only 70% as sweet as sugar so you need to add more to recipes. All in all, it’s the best I have found to suit my tastebuds. I also like the brown sugar version.

I haven’t detected an aftertaste. I hate stevia because of taste. This is much better for you than the toxic artificial sweeteners or cane sugar.

The taste of this product is staggeringly NASTY. Wish I'd never bought this. "Tastes like sugar," my left foot! I will continue to use REAL sugar. Yucckkk...
