Was exactly what I needed for my dental classes

This model does not include the maxillary or mandibular, 3rd molar (wisdom teeth). I like the model. It's helping with positioning, probing, finger rests and numbering teeth, but I'm required to study the 3rd molar as well. Just remember to skip the 1, 16, 17, and 32 when numbering. Also, consider getting a stand because it's hard to practice when the model doesn't stay in position like a real mouth would.

Perfect for what I needed it for: learning tooth ID. the removable teeth were nice and it came exactly as pictured.

I unfortunately left a pretty bad review. The teeth literally fall out when you open it. What makes it worse is that sometimes they fall out when I have it open in class and everyone turns and stares because you can hear it hit the floor. Lol. Anyway, other than that it’s not terrible but I’d have to recommend to keep looking if you’re wanting to buy this!

The removable teeth are a great teaching tool as is the ability to see the roots through the translucent supporting 'tissue'. This typodont has very poor occlusion. The typodont must be squeezed together to see the teeth touching. On a more positive not, I was easily able to demonstrate Angle's malocclusion classes as well as crossbite.

This was perfect for teaching our son how to brush his teeth. Very realistic-- down to the roots!
