This may not be much lighter than the stock extruder. It helps with heat dissipation. Looks great and is more ridged. Works perfectly with panda claw … build and fit is top grade.

Looks amazing, works terriblySince I installed this, my extruder has jammed 5 times in 7 days, and I have had to remove and fully disassemble the extruder assembly to clear it, just stick to OEM parts

Works well, but a little temperamental.

I bought this for the all metal sprockets and gear, plus it looks neat it is made of aluminum atleast the housing and the sprockets and gears are ss steel which should make it last a long time no plastic in this extruder so if you are a avid 3D printer or like myself a doodler to noodler this product should save you some money cutting down on extruder parts.

I didn't have an issue with my P1S but I wanted all the bells and whistles for it. I installed the BIQU extruder parts and it has worked flawlessly. Much higher quality than the plastic factory parts

The design is great, and it looks slick.... however, the metal design allows heat soak up into the extruder assembly. This thing is hot to the touch after printing, as are the extruder gears. It caused issues within 3 prints on my P1S. My X1C is still running, but I worry it will have issues as well. IMO, a waste of $50. Get the Panda Jet from them, but stick with the stock extruder assembly and hardened gears. this is an unnecessary "upgrade"

I did have some extruder issues and I piggy backed this purchase with those parts. I dont know if its better or worse than the original part, but it hasnt negatively effected anything.It would be entirely easier to clean this one vs the stock one, but I havent had to do that, since I installed it.If I can say anything about it, is that I feel more confident about how the extruder handles filament.
