What is the best way to make the cider? This mix and hot water?

is this the same mix that originally came in the black carton in updated packaging?!?

Do you know where I can get a pot(holds water) that sits on a candle to brew the spices? I have one now but would like to get another. I like just having the spell fill the room. I do not want to use my small crock pot, more of a decorative piece.
