Review: Incredible rain coat! - I bought this for a trip to Italy in February. It was definitely a cold, rainy season there and I was curious how the coat would hold up. Well, it's now my favorite jacket. I stayed dry the entire trip, the coat was easy to pack - it rolls up to nearly nothing. The lining on the inside is soft and the hood extends beyond my head, keeping my face and hair dry in the rain. It was nice not having to lug around an umbrella everywhere - the coat was all I needed. It is also surprisingly warm. It's waterproof, so it doesn't breathe, which kept me warm against the wind. It's really pretty with a scarf and is flattering with the inner cinch ties around the waist. I couldn't love the jacket more and I have my travel buddies convinced of their need to order one as well.
