I take these salt tablets daily. They help keep me healthy. Really helped last summer during the heat. Easy to swallow! Really helps me.

My daughter cannot drink the packets like LMNT etc. these are a perfect substitute and would recommend. They are normal pill size, a little salty to taste but get the job done.

Salt tablet are a necessary item to have if you live in an are that gets hot, and you are doing work or play out in that heat. You can get severe muscle cramps, or heatstroke if you don't have sufficient electrolytes. When you sweat, you lose electrolytes, primarily sodium, but also magnesium and calcium. These tablets are formulated to replenish the minerals in the correct proportion. Sports drink don't do nearly as good of a job and usually have far too much sugar. If they had enough electrolytes, they'd taste awful. If you remember the original Stokely VanKamp Gatorade, which came in glass bottles, it didn't taste very good, but it was effective. The new owners changed it to make it more palatable, but that made it much less effective. Save money and stay healthy, take these tablets and just cool water when you sweat.

We love these and have ordered them many times. They are great because they aren't as strong as some of the other salt tabs, which allows you to decide a little better how much salt you take in a day. They also have a very nice balance of minerals. Great value for the money. They work quickly, too. I gave them 4 stars because they aren't coated, which is why they work fast. They do have a slight salty taste, but if you swallow them it doesn't really matter.

These buffered salt tabs do not upset my stomach and keep my sodium level where it needs to be.
