Wonderful!
I must say this GF angel food cake turned out DELICIOUS! I wasn't sure what to expect but it was light and flavorful, with a decent height. It's still tricky to make sure there are no egg yolks that enter into the egg whites, but that's true for any angel food cake recipe. Very pleased and will purchase again.

Moist, but expensive
This GF angel food cake turned out well - delicious and moist. It’s an expensive cake to make though. In addition to buying this mix, lots of eggs are required. That being said, it turned out so well that the next time I need a GF Angel Food cake, I likely will purchase this mix again.

Have to add 10 egg whites
I ordered this so I would not have to make myself and use 10 egg whites. This mix requires the 10 egg whites. Didn't realize this. A Betty Crocker mix only requires water. I could have made my own from scratch at a lot lower price. Disappointed

Every birthday request!
I make this cake for my Dad every year. Angel food is his favorite! I add cool whip and strawberries and it gets gobbled up so quickly every time. It’s light, fluffy and delicious.

Worthless! It is not a cake mix, just a few ingredients.
IT IS NOT a cake mix! It is only 'gluten free flour and sugar ..... you have to add 10 egg whited and vanilla. Worthless! I wanted a cake mix, not a few ingredients! I am disapointed

Gluten free angel food cake is really hard to find. Glad I found this one and it only uses 10 egg whites, not 12 like the others do. I've bought 4 pks now and have even made mini cakes with it too. Good flavor.
