I really like this desk! The instructions that came with the product were trash! I used the QR code to watch the video, which was much more helpful! You will need a screwdriver outside of the tools that they send. I am 5'9" and the desk is pretty tall. I still had to purchase a laptop stand to get the height that I desired. I do like that the motor is pretty quiet as it raises/lowers. It does wobble a bit the higher you raise it, but it does exactly what I need it to so I'm happy with it.

I don't really see the difference between this and other adjustable height desks, but it works fantastic and is a massive upgrade over what I previously had - that being an old card playing table.

I got this desk in 2 sizes for me and my boyfriend. They look amazing and were super easy to put together! But beware, if you have a dual monitor stand, you may need to get a monitor stand stabilizer. The desk seems pretty thin and we don’t want to break it. But so far, it is pretty stable! We also love the hooks on the side! It’s a great place for our headphones/ headsets!

This product is great! Although unfortunately when I unboxed it, there was a dent in the wood. Thankfully it’s nothing crazy but still disappointed, other than that the product was easy to assemble it does recommend either using a screwdriver or drill, but I definitely recommend a drill for efficiency! The height it goes to is amazing! I’m 6,2 and it almost reached my neck! They have different sizes for different spaces so make sure you chose the right one! Wood is smooth and comfortable! Overall great product just wish they handle their packaging better!

As most of us do, I made a decision to buy this desk based on reviews and price. I was aware that this wasn't a high-end desk, but I did expect that it would actually work.I took my time putting this desk together. Before I assembled the entire thing, I thought ahead (haven't always done that in the past...I can learn) and plugged in the motor to be sure it worked. The motor turned on and rotated.When I got to the step in the instructions where I was to secure the motor to the underside of the desk, the motor did not fit as described. The instructions showed two pieces of rubber on either side of the motor that were to be secured to the bottom of the desk with supplied screws. The problem was that the motor did not lie flat to the bottom of the desk as pictured. Yes, I verified that I followed the instructions properly, yet the motor simply did not reach the desk in order to secure it to the desk.I then looked at some YouTube videos on assembling this product and saw something strange. The desk and motor in these videos (same item name & number) were NOT the same as the desk in front of me. These desks were more solid and the motor was 2 to 3 times larger than the one I had been given.This made me come back here to look through the reviews again. After looking at photos and videos here, it was clear that this company is using reviews that were for a superior product. A product that received many positive reviews. Purchasers were happy with it. At some point, they replaced parts with inferior ones, but kept the model name and number. FALSE ADVERTISING!I went through the proper channels here on Amazon and was put in touch with the seller. I included photos (as requested) and described my situation. I made it clear that I was not looking for a full refund and that I would be satisfied with a replacement motor that actually worked.This seller is apparently not in the U.S. as all communication was sent at 2am (PST), making it take days to communicate with them. In each of their three replies, they ignored what I had written and suggested that I do things that were impossible - like secure the motor to the bottom of the desk.I finally called Amazon back and told them that I would not be communicating with the seller any longer. They wanted to give me a full refund, but they wanted me to disassemble and return the desk! I spent WAY too much time hiding computer cables and assembling the desk to start the process all over again.My advice–based on this experience–is to spend a little few more dollars and purchase a different desk from a different seller. I thought I had gotten a pretty good deal, but the time spent on this has now put me in the negative.So, I am now the owner of a standing desk that I will not be able to stand at – unless I find a replacement motor that makes this desk actually work. For now, I have wasted too much time on this and have to get some overdue work done.
